Confirming Safe Environments in Kinship and Foster Care Placements

With over a decade of experience related to developing the state-of-the-art in assessing and managing safety in CPS, ACTION produced the first child safety intervention model in the U.S. in 1987 and continues contributing to the state-of-the-art.

  • Modified to meet individual state needs and requirements
  • County or statewide

Training of Trainers Available

The Training Accentuates

  • Standards of care
  • A specific work process for confirming and maintaining child safety during placement
  • Effective and relevant information collecting skills and methods
  • An analytical approach to reaching conclusions about child safety in placement

The Safe Environment
