We provide consultation, training and technical assistance to child welfare agencies faced with the constant challenges of serving and protecting children and families.

ACTION designed and tested the first successful child safety intervention model in child welfare services in 1986. ACTION continues to develop and assist child protective services in implementing comprehensive state of the art child safety decision making models. We are the child safety organization!

We offer the following services:

• Specialized technical assistance and consultation.
  

• State-of-the-art training specializing in customized curriculum development and training.
  

• Design and implementation of vigorous scientific studies that inform and empower CPS agencies.
  

• Operates the National Resource Center for Child Protective Services (NRCCPS) funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families Children’s Bureau.
